At City Commercial Floorcoverings we take care in making sure you sub flooring is ready to receive your new floor coverings. We offer a moisture & PH testing service, this is to ensure that your new floor coverings will adhere to the sub floor and make sure it lasts. All testing is followed up by a report and certificate. This includes photos of the process and test results for your records.
If moisture is present then we offer a moister barrier or waterproofing service. This involves the removal of all contaminates and grinding the sub floor to prepare for the application of the product. We don’t use sub standard products as this can lead to problems in the future, all the products we use are tried and tested and meet all requirements of Australian Flooring Standards.
This is an important part of any project and is apart of the Australian Standard, so that your floor will perform into the future.
